| Looking for a book by writer from Japan |

I found in library, published about 2007 or so about a fire starter girl where people and things around her would ignite. This is not the Steven King (?) girl. Anyway, it was a great story which took place in Japan.

A more realistic novel is All She Was Worth, which is about a man whose fiancee disappears. It hinges on an aspect of Japanese law that causes real hardship.
