Something I've noticed in mysteries a lot these days. A lot of foreshadowing-"Had I but known."
I've posted this before, several years ago. But it continues.

Maybe there should be a law against it. Aargh!

but I've seen it in many mystery books in the series that I read.

I read mostly cozies.

4. Hate foreshadowing...
Makes the story more transparent. Having a law against it is overkill, but yeah, it's getting overused so maybe impose a limit or something. Lol.
