Anyone see Mr. Chatterjee on Cspan Book Notes repeat this morning
(Sunday, April 3)? It was a good Q & A period. He
talked about convoys of 28 trucks and 26 of them would
be empty...$85,000 trucks with flat tires left by the sides of roads
or blown up. Meals billed for but
not served. Non-existing employees. Contracts signed
but the people who were to carry them out stayed inside
the Green Zone and billed anyway.

A huge waste of lives and American taxpayer monies
due to fraud and mismanagement. These people should
see the inside of jails, not given more contracts.
