|
and what did ya think?

Would recommend George Lakoff's book Don't Think of an Elephant: Know Your Values and Frame the Debate--The Essential Guide for Progressives as a companion piece.

It's excellent - practical and inspiring. But I loaned it out (and it never came back), so I can't go into any detail without the copy in front of me.

I just got it from the library. I plan to read it this week as soon as I am done with the book "The Folly of Empire: What GWB Could Learn from Woodrow Wilson and Theodore Roosevelt" by John B. Judis.
It is another book that I highly recommend - it sets forth the historical "terrorism" that occurs when country's get into empire building. Anyone read it?
