Anyone ever read "Ishmael" by Daniel Quinn? |
I've read four of Quinn's books, including "Ishmael". I can't believe I've never seen a thread in this forum about "Ishmael" or any of Quinn's other works.

1. 'Ishmael' is a great book |
It's been talked about in threads before but, you're right, I don't think it's had its own discussion.

For a less fictionalized work on the ideas read "Beyond Civilization"

5. Getting in *really* late on this, but |
yes, I have read "Ishmael." :) It was required reading for my Biological Anthropology class last semester, but I enjoyed it - a very thought-provoking read.
