Anyone here read Bernard Bailyn's...

..."The Ideological Origins of the American Revolution"? I'm just now going through my fourth time on it (I have had it as assigned reading for two different courses on my way through university).

I can't praise this book highly enough for what it says about the pre-revolutionary/revolutionary beliefs of English Radicals and American revolutionaries regarding the vision they had of America and its hope for global humanity.

Man...we are becoming worse than what they feared about England.
