OK - here's a tough one - I'd swear I heard someone on NPR talking |

about a book this fall about environmental hazards or the auto industry. I distinctly remember that they discussed the decision to use of tetra ethyl lead in gasoline back in the 30's. I can't find that book OR the discussion on NPR going back as far as August. Can anyone help me?
