Reading "Running With Scissors" by Augusten Burroughs
enjoyable, but I'm finding it a little too "precious". I just think he's trying way too hard, somehow. Anybody else read it?

3. I read it some time ago.
It's, like you said, somewhat "precious". It also reads like a premise for a sitcom at times.
