1. "Hellcats of the Navy," is really dreadful. As Spencer Tracy said, Nancy's acting was like

Good Humor ice cream "cold and no flavor." He was good friends with her mother and arranged for George Cukor to direct her screen test, and he STILL thought she was lousy.
