TMZ has spoken to Prejean's ex BF who says Prejean called him and asked him to lie for her and say that she was 17 when she sent him her porno video. He says that there was more than one tape sent.

Obviously, Prejean is pushing the 17 meme to keep the tape from being released as she would be considered a minor.
