WTF? - Bristol Palin Still on DWTS?...... |
|
My 86 y/o mother and her coffee klatch friends think that Bristol's mother has hired a phone banking/internet operation to stack the votes for her daughter. They don't think Bristol is of DWTS quality and she should have been eliminated weeks ago.
Cracks me up that they take this so seriously.

1. Because the FReepers vote for her |
|
regardless of whether they watch the show or not.
Some asswipe on FR always posts the phone number to vote for the skank.

18. I've never watched it, never been interested, but I'd consider |
|
tuning in to get the number so I can vote against her.
It would only be fair.

3. ... she's completely talentless ... |
|
... not sure if it's a hired phone bank but when you consider there's at least 19 Duggars calling in multiple times every week and voting for their favorite conservative poster child ... and there is actually a web chat group that's all about skewing the decision.
Kinda shows ya what the Palins are all about - winning. Not necessarily fairly, or for the right reasons ... just 'winning'.

4. I like to read the forums on Television Without Pity about DWTS. |
|
Someone there reported that her mother's church had a telephone tree going every week to remind people to vote for Bristol. It's disgusting. Mark Ballas could be out there pushing a shopping cart around the dance floor and it would be as entertaining as Bristol is.

I wouldn't doubt if Palin did something like this, but I also think all of Palin's brain dead followers are probably what it keeping her votes up there, that or the whole show is rigged and they are using her to get better ratings because they know all of the Palinits will watching!
Myself I never have watched the show, and never will, but my mother in law watches it all the time, and like some many other old people she thinks Palin is the greatest thing on earth!

8. Reichwing web sites are apparently urging people to vote for her. |
|
She is getting plenty of votes from people who aren't even watching how awful she is.
She's now made it into the semi-finals while much better dancers have been booted.
They should never have put her on in the first place. Granted, the contestants are usually far from being "stars," but the daughter of a politician is really stretching it - and, apparently, skewing the results.

If your daughter was on DWTS you would tell all your friends to vote!
That being said, she should've gone right after the Hoff. She's boring. Something outside of her actual ability and charm is keeping her there.
And I can't stand Sarah.

|
DWTS will have to rethink who they invite on as a "star". Little Palin isn't a star and has never been one. Just because your Mother is from Mars doesn't qualify you.

I haven't watched since Palin and that guy from Jersey Shore were contestants. If they have better contestants next season I may go back to it.
