Harry's Law. Anyone else watching it? ....... |
|
Kathy Bates has a real good show going here. She does so many Democratic issues. I'm lovin' it!

made me actually laugh out loud. Tommy Jefferson is a perfect comedic foil.
I unfairly tried to compare it to 'Boston Legal' from the start.
The show grows on you which is a really good thing since my tee vee viewing is limited.

3. At first 'In the Ghetto' made me laugh. That Tommy Jefferson is... |
|
something else, too funny! Then 'In the Ghetto" made me cry when the mom was holding her son's hand in the hospital bed.
The story lines get better every week and the whole cast grows on ya!
I never really thought I'd like this show but I do.

2. Kathy Bates is one of my favorite actors. Her range is wonderful, |
|
her comedic timing is spot on. Great show, hope it receives an award. This show has some great writers also and the supporting cast compliment each other beautifully..

5. The initial reviews were horrible and mean. |
|
We loved the show from the first episode.
Of course, all the best shows get canceled quickly.

6. I watched the first few episodes and it seemed a little forced. |
|
Not as forced as that trainwreck Glee, though, and I'm still watching that, so...
Seriously, though, any new show with a new ensemble cast is gonna take a minute for everybody to get used to each other. I'll let a few rack up in the queue before I pass sentence.
It is cute, the writing is smart, and the jokes assume you know something. I like that.

9. New shows always need time to develop. Good on you for giving it a bit more of a chance. |
