I watched it in February.
Couldn't get your youtube links to open, so I can't guarantee it's the same film, but it was released in Japan, at the end of 2010.
If you want to see it, you can find it at asiatorrents. But please remember to buy a copy when it's officially released, because makers deserve to be paid for their work.

I watched it a couple months back. I knew absolutely nothing about it, so I can't say if it was faithful to the source material or not, but the movie was fun enough for me. Half the time I don't know what the Hell is going on in Japanese movies anyways. :)
