Citizen X (1995 HBO production) |
|
Great flick!
Based on the true story of Russian serial killer Andrei Chikatilo.
It's a Stephen Rea film, so it's hard to go wrong.
I don't think I've ever cried as much as I did watching "Citizen X".
I can rent it again, and there are two scenes in particular, I will still probably start crying.

1. I still have a video tape of it and I |

get it out and watch it sometimes if a friend is here who hasn't seen it. I agree, it's a great movie, and I think it's one of those that fell through the cracks and never got the recognition it deserved. It's a must see for anyone who's ever had to beat his head against a brick wall.
