why do you think they are trying to put that doctor in jail over Michael |
|
Jackson's death? Don't they know that if it hadn't been this doctor he would have found one who would do what he wanted. This is clearly not the good doctor's fault.

2. It could very well be a case of negligence |
|
because the doctor knocked him out with a very powerful anesthetic and didn't remain with Jackson until the effects had worn off.
Nor did he call 911 in a particularly timely manner, trying to revive Jackson himself. Likely the outcome wouldn't have been any different had an ambulance been on the property already and EMTs charging through the door the second Jackson was found, but if they don't get him for abandoning Jackson after the drug was administered, they'll get him for that. I just looks bad.
Jackson found a doc who was willing to play fast and loose and administer his drug of choice and yes, there are other docs, especially in that area, who would do the same. The problem was the doc also played fast and loose with the protocols around administering the drug and Jackson died.

3. Best guess: he killed his patient. |
|
Sure, docs do that, but it's usually despite their efforts, not because of them. Injecting a patient with obviously unsafe levels of drugs may very well be manslaughter. If the alternative was getting fired, then he should have gotten fired.

4. Perhaps because if they do, the next person WON'T be able to find a doctor. |
|
The doctor had perfectly good free will, and knew far better than Jackson the health risks of those drugs and their dosages. He was very capable of saying "No."

I haven't been following the case at all. This is just a guess.

7. Perhaps because his negligence contributed to Jackson's death. Or maybe ... |
|
because his malfeasance caused Jackson's death. Just a couple of thoughts.

9. Murray is going to jail |
|
He was clearly negligent. He should have never administered the drug to MJ in a home setting. He failed to have the proper equipment at hand.
MJ was said to be in "excellent health" -- much better than the average 50 year old and he had no coronary artery disease. He also said nothing about any needle marks on the body. This was the pathologist that performed the autopsy that reported these findings! He should know don't you think?
Go ahead and believe the lies. :argh:
MJ was murdered plain and simple! The "good doctor" will be spending time in jail for involuntary manslaughter. Murray deserved to be charged with murder one IMO!
May Michael Jackson RIP.

I'll bet he gets off and I think he should. The doctor was hired to administer the drugs and he did what he was hired to do. Get real. Kinda like Elvis's doctor. He did what he was asked to do cause his patient was a star.

10. I'm not sure it would have been possible for MJ to find another Dr... |
|
to give him propofol. In the least it would have been pretty hard for him to find one.
That drug is much different than the other everyday drugs that people get from Doctors. Most doctors would be to afraid, for themselves, to give him that. And Michael loved that stuff.
