It doesn't matter who injected who -- general practitioners have no business being in possession of, never mind administering, a general anesthetic. Besides, did he HONESTLY believe that the jury would tacitly convict Micheal of accidentally killing himself?
He's looking at max of four years. If he'd copped a plea, the good doctor might have avoided hard time, retained his license and be past this by now...
