Chad Ochocinco(notes) was pulled over by Cincinnati police on Thursday for driving with tinted windows that were too dark. Like any citizen in trouble with the law, Ochocinco tweeted about his ongoing traffic stop to his 2.3 million Twitter followers:

If he had Lupus or some other autoimmune disorder, he could indeed be allergic to the sun (Lupus patients get a rash if exposed to the sun). Do I beleive him, doubtful, but the condition is real and actually not all that uncommon.

While I hate to defend this jerk, I know that what he's claiming is indeed possible. You can indeed get sunburned in the car without tinting if you are sunsensitive.
