[Rising Phoenix]

vase cracked
loud
shattered
every color
infinity
he saw me crazy
it was only three bucks
Is he cheap too?
Am I?
Not bad.....
could be fixed with some patience
but would it ever be the same?
everytime I saw it
I would see the cracks
and remember
the night where it
all shattered

I have been wanting to write some poetry but I don't think I have the talent for it. In a creative writing class in college all my poetry was about my cat.

I used to write tons of poems.......but life gets in the way in ways you never woruld expect. Glad to be writing again, putting the book aside to work on poems and a children's book.
