it took a minute and now i'm getting the page and this hello message saying:
"We are aware of the ongoing issues with the Submission Tracker data. We are actively working to correct the situation and transfer all of your data into the new site. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience."

now i'm trying to do a search there. i think it worked.
