Published (self or traditional) authors, I have two questions...

1. Does anyone have any experience with or suggestions regarding internet talk radio/blog talk radio? A year ago there were only a few choices; now there are too many. :)

2. For those who have had books on Amazon, are you privy to the book's page statistics such as views, pre-orders, etc? The publisher (UK) seems clueless about this, and it lists the US distributor as the publisher on the Amazon "back" page.

I set up the author page at Amazon today, and they say it can take up to seven days to create it. Perhaps then I'll see what I can and can't have access to, but I am wondering if any of you know the answer to this now. :)
