My Friend smoked pot today like a dumbass...

Especially since she is subject to random drug testing. She is wondering how long it should take her system to clean out. She told me she last smoked on May 10th before taking about 10 joint hits this morning. She is so fucking stupid. Anyway, she would really appreciate some input.

Too many varaibles to predict how long it'll take to metabolize out, i.e. her body fat content, metabolism rate, quality of pot, diet, drinking habits and more! But she can easily go to a "Tobacco" shop (AKA head shop) and be fixed up with some herbal remedies that can clean her out in one or 2 days. Golden Seal used to be a popular one.

Probably you'd want it to be a month to be on the safe side(does your friend have an inside source, like the Denzel Washington character in "Training Day" that gives him "heads-ups" in advance of ua's? I assume not, but someone in the test lab could make good money on the side tipping people off) although most likely they wouldn't be concerned with accomodating you.

From what I've heard, you don't want to try to beat the test by using "clean pee" products, because they test for those as well.

took me 12 days. Drink antioxidents (fruit smoothies, flax seed etc.)and work out everyday with a good sweat. I weigh 165? The more you weigh the longer it takes. THC attaches itself to fat cells.

several times. Most of the time I used an herbal supplement and lots of water. But, presumably like you, I have a very low fat content and high metabolism rate so that helps too. And yes, you are correct, THC is stored in fatty tissues mainly.

tell the person administering the test you were in a car with smokers and breathed second hand for a hundred miles or so, ask if that exposure will produce a positive. the clerk will write that in the notes. Lays foundation for a lie that could work, if the HR person is sympathetic.

- the monitor is, a tied condom containing clean urine concealed in the underwear is a very effective deception. If the monitor is very intrusive (most are not), stall and insist that you can't pee with someone watching. When you have some privacy, puncture the condom and fill the cup.

I saw an ad in High Times magazine for a very realistic looking fake flaccid penis (comes in two colors) that is hollow and could be filled with clean urine and when squeezed would realistically pee. The thing cost $40 but is well worth it for any guy who might be randomly tested to keep in his briefcase or lunch bag. While I've never seen an equivalent for the ladies I would assume that some sort of tampon-like device could be improvised and deployed fairly easily.

Water-water-water. Drink a ton of water and on the day of your test.. don't give them the first urine when it starts to flow. (The more concentrated samples will be in the first urine out)

If you want to hide the fact that you are flushing (because that comment will show up in the anaysis) eat a ton of red meat the night before... or take a vitamin B pill to color your urine yellow.

If it's a mouth swab, it can only detect marijuana within a week or two.
Urine test, about a month or two. Closer to a month if they aren't a heavy smoker.
Hair test, up to or over three months.

This is just going from memory.

Almost every other illicit drug can only be detected for a few days to a week after use, except with a hair test.

and I would give that person 3-7 days. It's a myth that light use stays in the system for 30 days, that's heavy use. The levels of THC will drop around 100 nanograms in a week with no use. Light use should keep a person under 100 nanograms.
