Watched a bunch of films at the North Carolina Gay and Lesbian Film Festival |

and I have some recommendations for you all.
Private Romeo which is a retelling of Romeo and Juliet at an all boys military school was very well acted and very worth seeing.
Au Pair, Kansas is a film about a young widow coming to terms with her husband's death and the fact he was a gay man. It stars Traci Lords who is, yes I mean this, fantastic.
Going Down In La La Land is about a very cute gay guy who comes out to LA to find a job and becomes a porn star among other things.
What Happens Next is about a 50+ year old man who retires and finds out he is gay. Good film with a nice happy ending.
Hollywood to Dollywood is a documentary about twin brothers who wrote a script they want to get to Dolly. Sweet documentary.
