Question about court briefs and their availability on-line

A friend of mine asked me if there was anyway to see the brief on a court case that I believe in taking place in federal court.

i have a number, we are not sure what this number is exactly, but it is in this format: xx-xxxx

The court case is Federal vs. Morris I believe.

A verdict/decision has not been made yet but my friend is interested in viewing a brief if it is available.

If I sound clueless it is because I am.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
