Proposed Procedure For A Military Draft

Step 1: Identify all people who might be drafted.

Step 2: Give those people, and only those people, the opportunity to vote on whether or not to go to war. The vote will be by optionally secret ballot. That means that you have the right to privacy, but you will have the option of bringing people with you when you vote and to have the fact of how you voted recorded by them. You might bring a notary public or an employee of a law firm.

Step 3: If the outcome of the vote is in favor of war, then those who voted against the war cannot be drafted.

It occurred to me that I could make a lot of money if I could send people products they didn't ask for and legally compel them to either leave the country or pay the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for the products.
