essentially the same thing as what the House ReRushicans did? Withholding passage until they get something for their votes ...

only thing is that his State Legislature is out to get him.

Can't wait to hear what he has to say today. It oughta be fun. He's going to give some closing comments down in Springfield in about 30 minutes.

All I heard was that one of those voting against him says - I hope he has a ride home.
