The surrender monkey, federal judge Martin Feldman, turned over the sovereignty of America's shores to big oil by not allowing the drilling moratorium. We learned that this conservative judge owns stock in deep sea drilling companies (Transocean,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_Leach-Cross_Feldman). In the ruling, the judge showed more concern for the interests of big dirty oil than for Americans. But we all know that when it comes to protecting the rights of corporations, the conservative court jesters will always be there. Is there any doubt that these judges will allow the Gulf Coast to look like Nigeria where oil has been leaking for 50 years?
Isn't it ironic that the courts didn't care about the rights of humans who would be killed by the Bush wars when Bush decided to expand corporate power by illegally invading Iraq and Afghanistan. There was no declaration of war and these wars were never about protecting America. Yet when it comes to protecting America's shores, the conservative surrender monkeys will always be willing to stand with the corporate "sewers." It is fitting because when you think of conservative judges, you should think of turds. Hey conservative courts: UP YOUR A_ _ WITH A CAN OF GAS!
