I need to write a letter on behalf of my son. |
|
He is scheduled to be sentenced in a few weeks.
Should I send it directly to the judge? Or his attorney?
Thanks in advance.

vet it through the attorney before sending it to the judge. Just to make sure it's really getting across the point you're trying to make.

4. As others have suggested, talk to his attorney. |
