A great big summer time bill of tax changes and Social Sec changes!

On OFFER is no more payroll tax - no more trust assets - 1.5T of National Debt disappears

and in return a regressive payroll tax is replaced by our soak the rich FIT! But Soc Sec then is called a welfare program - and the cuts begin.

This is his way of trying to stop a wage base cap increase - which is what seems likely as of today!
