Well, how the heck does he think people are going to be able to have thehuge investment returns he's prominsing with only conservative investment options available to them ????

Why can't the GOVERNMENT take part of the SS funds and play the stock market? The returns as a whole would be much higher than for millions of individuals, and even more would be saved in management fees. Or, could the goverment open a brokerage house of its own?
