for myself that the issue of women's rights that are posted in general discussion are ignored for the most part. nice post btw :hi:

Well, not to be too cynical but, uh, yes? :(
I'm going to read your post now but I have to say, I watched Obama's speech on the formation of the Council for Women and Girls live and was incredibly inspired by it.
ETA: Sorry, didn't realize the post was that old. Anyway, yes it is encouraging to believe that someone takes women's issues seriously again (just not GD). :hi:
