What Happens When there is no Plan B.

Due to the continuing political debate over Plan-B, Dana L. (42 year old, Married, mother of 2) was unable to obtain it after an unplanned tyrst with her husband and was faced with the decision to have an abortion.

This article also illustrates how the "Waiting Periods" can make it very difficult for women to schedule an abortion in a reasonable period of time. She had to leave the state in order to get one that did not take two full days away from family and work.

And it won't be the only time.

People often have really compelling reasons for the choice they make, and it's not for other people to stand in the way of that couple's choice. It's extremely presumptuous to deny a couple such a monumental decision. Anti-choicers are very presumptuous. They think your choice doesn't matter, and they will decide for you. Their beliefs are imposed on everyone else.

Anti-choicers need to stop making decisions for others. They need to realize that they aren't more moral, nor more ethical, than pro-choicers. In fact, I would argue that pro-choicers are more moral and ethical than anti-choice-zealots. If anyone wants me to expand on why I think so, I will.

If a woman or a couple decide that abortion is the best option in their particular set of circumstances, then abortion is the best option. What gives anyone else the authority to say no, it isn't the best option in any particular case?

Anti-choicers need to butt-out. No one is qualified to choose for anyone else whether to have an abortion!
