Taser Alert Stun Devices Continue To Be Use For Violence Against Children

Americas Amber Alert News Center (PALM CITY, Fla. USA NA) TAA -- A Florida father was charged with child abuse after he shocked his 14 year-old son with a stun device.

Martin County Sheriff's investigators told Team Amber researchers that 40 year-old Douglas Dycus was charged with domestic battery following a complaint to the state Department of Children and Families.

Dycus allegedly used generic stun device(not by Taser International) when he became flared with the boy, who was wrestling with his brothers refusing to pay attention to the father.

Forensic technicians collected medical evidence of two burn marks found on the 14 year-old by medical examiners with Detectives. <snip>
