"The association also questions if sponsors of his show -- which include the New York Stock Exchange, The New York Times, Simon & Schuster, Random House and Newsday -- will want to continue to be associated with the program."

I was listening to an attorney talking about it on the radio, and he recounted how Gene Simmons from Kiss was successfully sued by a former girlfriend after he used footage of her during his concerts and said vulgar things about her onstage. Public figures like HRC are one thing, but you can't defame private citizens like that. The only question would be whether or not the Rutgers players could be considered private citizens.
