Total US aid to Africa not enough to feed and shelter Zimbabwe refugees in South Africa?

A few questions:

1. Is the total American aid to Africa, which includes both aid from governments and aid from non-governmental organizations in America, not enough to provide food and shelter for all needy refugees and/or recent immigrants from Zimbabwe who are now living in South Africa?

2. Do Palestinian refugees who are living in Lebanon compete for jobs with Lebanese citizens? Was the recent violence in Lebanon a direct or indirect consequence of such competition?

3. Are people from Zimbabwe who are living in South Africa receiving food shipped directly from subsidized European Union farmers? Are people from Zimbabwe who are living in South Africa thus not providing a market that they could have provided for South African farmers who want to sell their crops?
