3. I googled and only came up with reviews of places that serve them.

And one lousey recipe that looked really bad.
Just thought some experienced vegans may have adapted their own recipes.
I don't even really know what a Chimichanga is, just that my boyfriend wanted them for dinner and that he had decided to join my vegan styles for a while.
So, I didn't end up making them last night but any further help would be very appreciated.
