And I attribute my new found recent vegan "awareness" to this group. This has been the single most profound life change self help I have gone through.

stamina: up
I can not tell you how relieved I am to get my readings down by over 20 points systolic & diastolic both.

The friend I mentioned in a post here about "beyond vegan" said the following when I thanked him for his advice:

The information is out there, but you have to want to use it.

It is not easy, but this little support group really has helped me.
