Anyone followed this diet? I've been vegetarian for about 6 years. I need to lose about 10 lbs. I was thinking about trying the Eat to Live program. Anyone have experience?

Lost 3kg last week. Had got into a habit of being a naughty vege and had recently gone vegan but was managing to be a naughty vegan too but the diet is really good for just reminding you to eat veges really. I'm not following it in terms of doing the menu plans or anything but I'm following the principals in the book/diet in my food choices. Ask me anything about it if you want but I am finding it really positive and finally thinking I can ditch that annoying extra 10kg that I've adopted.

Too much pasta and bread. It seems pretty easy in terms of prep, etc. especially in summer when the variety of vegetables and fruits are available. Do you find yourself hungry or craving at all?

Had weened myself off cheese first, actually feel a lot better for it, not craving carbs or anything and even off the late afternoon pack of crisps. Eating loads of veges and trying to make it as yummy as possible which is easy at the momment so I don't feel deprived of anything and therefore want to break the diet. A wee cheat now and then though makes it a sustainable option.
