Sen. Santorum PA will vote for S 1915 however unless he hears loud and clear
overwhelmingly from his constituents he will NOT cosponsor this bill. He can
still be persuaded to cosponsor if his constituents flood his email, telephone
and fax asking him to cosponsor. If you know people in PA, please have them
call the DC office, ask for Matt and tell them you are a constituent and want
the Senator to COSPONSOR S. 1915 and that it's urgent that he does and get this
bill on the floor.
