I got a little carried away and now I have a gigantic pot of it! I've already had two bowls. The dangers of cooking without a recipe. :P

5. I just got a new cast iron stew pot as a gift,

and I've been cooking soup like a madwoman! Black beans and lentils. Mmm! Mmm! Good!

so room in the fridge isn't an issue!
