Oh, boy.
Anyone have recommendations on what to prepare for an Easter dinner? I'm newly vegan and pagan, so when my daughter reminded me this Sunday is Easter it caught me off guard. :shrug:

2. Update: I bought a Quorn roast for myself and used Silk creamer in the mashies.
My eldest daughter sampled the Quorn and said it was quite good. "It tastes like the baby hotdogs we used to steal from Chris." I had no idea she and her sister used to eat their little brother's Gerber hotdogs.
