ASPCA Mission: Orange reamed my county animal services

ASPCA Mission: Orange is a "country of humane communities" initiative. Granted, it's really only related to "pet" animals and I don't expect them to address the veal rendering plant here, but I'll take what I can get.

I have a copy of the full 52 page report, and they also hammer the local humane society as well.

Personally, I'm glad to see it. This is a wake-up call that's going to hit the humane society in the funding pocketbook if they don't fix things, and will also send a message to the county commissioners that animal services needs a much bigger budget.
