I am going to try these when and if I can find the ingredients. That may be my biggest problem. If not I will try to order online. They look and sound yummy.
I am new to this but I think your site is very helpful and easy to understand for this novice and I appreciate it.

The only things you might have a hard time with are the nutritional yeast and vital wheat gluten. Any health food store should have the former, and the latter is sometimes packaged in comparatively expensive little boxes, so if the recipe works for you it'll be cheaper in the long run to get a 5 lb bag of it, which you might have to order online.

I will look for it here first, there in one place that might have it.
That is a lovely site, I did not think you lived in Bahrain but then what do I know ;).

| 4. Some advice on putting these together, and a serving suggestion |

Once the patties are made, refrigerate them overnight in the broth, then drain, bread and fry them. They come out soooooooo juicy and good. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes, corn and gravy.

I went to the store yesterday. I easily found nutritional yeast, big bin of it, but the vital wheat gluten caused a lot of confused stares and a continual trip to the aisle that has wheat gluten products. :). I am calling our health food store today to see if they have it. If not there is a large health food store in the town 35 minutes from here. I have to go there to get tickets for a concert so if they have it I will kill two birds with one stone as they say.
I was amazed that I found what I did at the store. They had Smart foods there. I am set for the next couple of weeks anyway :).
This sounds so good, you are making my mouth water!
