If you've ever had an It's-It, which I don't know if you can even get outside of NorCal, they're JUST LIKE THAT. Series. If you have no idea what that is, it's a bit over an inch of a good rich vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two soft oatmeal cookies and then dipped in chocolate, making a chocolate coated ice cream sandwich about the size of your palm and nearly two inches thick. They're fantastic and a local tradition and this tastes just like I remember them.

Rice Dream makes something similar, but it's full of fail. :( These are really, really good.
