Search for Match Meat on their site.

$10 seems very pricey, but I wrote the company and they said that they've had many requests for it. Guess we'll have to try it and see.

Yes, it's pricey. But I went to the Match Meat website and looked at a few things they were doing. I decided I wanted to try the crab cakes. Will let you know how it turns out.
