Daiya Cheddar
Oh my yum.

We just got our shipment from Vegan Essentials and ordered a 5 lb. bulk cheddar (based on what people here have said) and it was SO FREAKING NOM-A-LICIOUS!

Thank you for suggesting it. I'm in love all over and suddenly don't mind not having cheese anymore.

Nachos without cheese are just not the same! It's been years since we've had nachos. But not anymore! They are becoming a weekly fare!

5. We've had nachos three times since finding this wonderful vegan cheese!
They have become my fave treat - even over pizza! Although, if my HFS would get that Tofurky vegan cheese pizza posted in another thread, I'll be I'd have two fave treats.

6. You can get Daiya cheese pizzas at Vegan Essentials...
I tried the Tofurkey one. It was good, but a bit too light on the cheese for me.
