We went to the shelter this past weekend...

We went to the shelter this past weekend...
After we finished working for the day we headed over to a friends sports bar, "Kermit's".

We brought a Vegan Essentials pizza with us and asked if they could do it in their pizza oven. They said absolutely. Clare doctored it up with mushrooms, onions, peppers and tomatoes and cooked it in their pizza oven.

This was the BEST pizza we've had. The crust was crisp, but not hard and everything melted beautifully. I can't begin to say how much we loved that pizza.
