Paul and I are opening up a business for sauces.

Last night I took 4 of the varieties we're looking at to work for a taste test.

I asked one guy if he'd try them and give me his opinion. He looked at me and said, 'I don't like vegan things.'

I asked him if he likes salsa. He said yes. I said most salsas are vegan. 'Oh, really?'

And this guy has been a waiter for 6 years.

(PS, he did like the salsa.)
