DU Icons?
Ok, this has been pissing me off. I always used to have a custom icon. but then i changed it to a du logo (the bengals). when i tried to load a new custom, it said that the pic has to be under 3k. But i can't get a pic any smaller than 4k. That includes a blank area, and even du's icons that i've copied to my computer. does anyone know how to get around this?

2. to clarify
basically, i want to create a 40x40 image that is smaller than 4k. Does anyone know a program that does this (neither appleworks or Graphic Converter does it)
