Odd Safari mail problem

G4 - system 10.3.9

The mail part is fine - BUT sometime in the dim past I somehow added a cute little monarch butterfly which now appears in the header area on everything I send.

Now I don't want it and cannot for the life of me remember how i did it, and have had a fruitless search through preferences and help of mail and system as well as googling safari mail header icon etc.

What did I do and how can I fix it?????

1. Here's how to fix it

Open System Preferences.

Click on Accounts.

When that opens click on your account name. There is the a box with four selections - Password, picture, login items, parental controls.

Click on picture. You then will see a button that says edit. Click on that. Another window will open and you will see a button with Choose...
Click on that to put in a picture from iPhoto or other graphics.
