Mac viruses are a theoretical possibility, but not a problem in the real world. For those rare occasions when I need to use Windows (under VMware), I'll use whatever doesn't cost me anything; currently, that means McAfee, since VMware Fusion 2.0 comes with a 12-month sub for that.

I use it as part of my Leopard Cache Cleaner, but it can be removed. Could you explain the danger?
